Equipped with newfound knowledge and years of hands-on experience, Scott identified a gap in the market: a lack of subcontractors specializing in high-performance, energy-efficient construction. Seizing the opportunity, he founded his own company in 2010, focusing on Net Zero and Healthy Homes. Through relentless experimentation, he honed his expertise in weatherization, insulation, and ventilation, becoming a trusted partner for the Passive House community.
